You don’t need to convert people like that, just give random children laptops with linux mint on them and your phone number as a help line for when one of them uninstalls the desktop environment. That’s how my dad got me to use linux, and now I am about half-way towards getting at least 3 other people to install it themselves.

I mean, I use kubuntu but I also have installed arch and have fucked around with parts of my installation in strange ways, so probably somewhere on the slopes of mt stupid.
