That’s why I set up a 15min inactivity timer. Only once that’s over, I get a notification.
I pretty much only use it to send a message to my colleague because I wont use the whole laptop to take a picture like some tourist on their 10" iPad in 2012.
Usually a lurker.
Maybe I should’ve just shut up and thought for a bit longer before writing that comment…

Let’s unplug the system drive while formatting the intended drive.
You have three options:
O1: Your OS lives basically in the RAM anyway.
O2: Get rekt
O3: You can’t formart your system drive because it’s mounted from/dev/nvme0p

There is a setting to silence notifications if you are active at work workstation (meaning: Moving the mouse)
