The other people responding to you are saying “did you read the statement by the perpetrators of the genocide denying it?” Sounds like a rather silly statement.
Can’t really weigh in on this but on the face of it it does feel like tankie behaviour.
EDIT: I’ve now skimmed the UN Human Rights report and it’s definitely genocide. The only possible claim against this is that all of their information is false, which seems unlikely.
I’ll also add that the first response above linking to the UN source I’ve seen copy pasted elsewhere. That doesn’t necessarily mean much but, yeah.
I may not like many of what I know of China’s policies (genocide, suppression of free speech etc.), but this is one of the things they have done well.

Context for people who don’t get the joke, the logo on the right is for Tailwind, a library that offers an alternative to using normal CSS for styling Web UIs and websites.
It provides you with microclasses that add flexbox, margins, shadows etc. and discourages you from using the “Cascading” part of CSS (which was likely a mistake imo)
Ultimately, it’s still CSS under the hood which is the joke.
When a country does war crimes, the entirety of its populace is not to blame, the systems, power structures and people in charge are.
Most people in a country are not for wars or other attacking other countries. This is true for America and Russia alike, to the best of my knowledge (which granted, is anecdotal).
More people should be engaged in activism and should push back against the inhumane actions of their state, and people should be less gullible to the promises of their leaders.
Both America and Russia are overdue for major reform. Their systems are broken and many of their people brainwashed. Wishing harm on them does not help and imo is not a constructive approach. If anything, hate just begets more hate, making things worse.
If you are going to have hate, it should be more focused on the people in power.
