Well that was rather rude. Look closer, I’m pretty sure it’s just the wallpaper they’re using.

This is genius and the only answer I will accept now.
Taking into consideration that I had to read the comments to know what you meant by this, I think it’s fine. The comic is not at all a referencing or inferring anything about it.
I kid you not same thing happened to me when I was a kid. I think I still have some working yellow stained cartridges.

Memes@lemmy.ml•Two Privacy Philosophies: Firefox vs LibreWolf on AIEnglish
4·2 months agoHey while we’re on the topic how about a mobile browser recommendation? That one that everyone used to like is dead I believe. Either that or it just isn’t updated enough to be considered viable to me.

Adorable! My cat looks just like him. He is a rare neurologic FIP survivor, my miracle baby.
This made me laugh out loud, thank you.
I can confirm, happened to me.
I thought cubers were crazy before I held a GAN cube. That is 100% a GAN or at the least one of those knock off GAN (that are still way better than a regular rubix).
This. Recently I took a deep dive into the controversies from both sides. It is a little difficult to piece things together because most of Linus’ more detailed replies came from old WAN shows, but I can say with certainty now that it’s incompetence and miscommunication.
If anything, my opinion on Linus stayed about the same and my opinion on GN went way down. After a certain point I couldn’t help but feel that either Steve just really hates Linus, or he was trying to drag his reputation enough for GN to snatch a larger piece of the tech YouTube pie. Neither are a good look.
This is how I’ve used them. Or I’ll just put – as a place holder and use the replace all function to change them when I finish. Luckily I’ve never had anyone accuse me of AI writing but it’s probably a matter of time. I think the use of em-dash as the “telltale sign” of AI is silly. They’re just more often used in research, documentation, and academics which the AI is heavily trained on. Obviously when average reddit Joe uses them frequently it’s a bit of a red flag, so the context of the writing is key here. The AI uses it because it is widely and commonly used by humans.
And people are correct to do so.

linuxmemes@lemmy.world•Today has been eventful, but I now use arch.English
7·3 months agoCachy is Arch based so unless you really want to customize your system its not worth switching IMO as you’re likely already receiving the Arch benefits.

There are a lot of “And rightfully so.” comments here. And rightfully so.
