That’s not really an Android problem, that’s rooting (or on iphones - jailbreaking) problem. Stock android, just like your stock iPhone, should not have such problems, so it’s very disingenuous for you to not mention anything about you rooting/hacking/modifying your device and just saying “android bad, iPhone good”, not very engineer-like of you. Be more objective next time and skip the narrative-bending
Government spyware enters the chat
We, the public, barely know what’s up, but at least the pegasus has been documented, which targeted iPhone users
You’re most definitely not an engineer if you could not figure out how to install a banking app on Android phone. Rest of the humanity already figured that out.
Surely this affects only some very new version rarely anyone plays, and not the good versions all the modpacks are built upon?

I’ve always felt sus about using canisters instead of compressor/fan. They use gas which instantly freezes the surface, which introduces some serious material stress in the long term. Also, with cold surfaces but warm air comes condensation

This meme itself feels like AI slop. Also, as a dual user, AI is really not that prelevant on Windows, as opposed to my android phone. Not sure how things are on iPhone, but I heard apple intelligence is going “great”

I’ve never really had problems with it on windows either. I use it 95% of the time as I want to continue where I left off. This includes leaving huge videogames on like Witcher 3.
EDIT: Now that I think about it, I don’t remember the last time I used shutdown function. It’s always sleep or sometimes restart after installing something

To be fair I think that’s a very human thing, if you ask a large language model to read something and it can demonstrate applied Knowledge from the text you’ve submitted in a fraction of a second you’ll be like what the fuck that took not enough time.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but initial news about it serving malicious updates were false. You never got anything malicious thru updates, neither was the exe file/installer tampered with. The worst they actually did was redirect you to a fake site when pressing download, where the malicious file was distributed. GitHub and signed versions were never affected. What’s also interesting is that the attacker selectively redirected people, not all of them. I always installed n++ using Ninite, so I’m in the clear.
The whole thing seems blown out of proportions. The amount of affected people is likely very small.
