What I mean is that there are many, many, guys on there that do not even attempt to have a normal conversation. There is no “hey” or “how’s it going?” Just 1-4 unsolicited pics of their junk followed by some creepy message like “show daddy your…”

Jokes on him! >50% of guys on there do not bother to read the profile. Instead, their first message is of their junk…followed by three more pics of aforementioned junk and an aggressive opening message. It’s a great time!
