Told this story a few times before, but:
Was watching this reality contest show when I was a teenager, back when reality contest shows were incredibly popular. Can’t remember the exact year, but it must’ve been before 2008.
Anyway, in this case it was some fashion show thing. Young aspiring designers making their own clothes, and every episode someone gets eliminated by the judges. You get the formula.
The judge for this show was this old, wrinkly, French lady who was apparently considered a major authority on Women’s fashion. The topic of the day was making pants for women. The process of the show was that the designers would go out, buy materials, make the clothes, present the clothes, then have a model wear the clothes to present further, then try get the clothes sold somewhere.
This one young woman came with pocketed pants, and the judge immediately disqualified her. She didn’t even look at the pants, or let the model wear it. Just straight up dismissed. Why? Her excuse was something along the lines of; “Because the feminine form is the most powerful thing we have and pockets diminish that. If a woman wants to carry things she can buy a handbag”.
Huh, and here I am still running Juletide.
The guy in this meme always reminds me of Edward Norton.
The irony that some people still think that the Gabe Cube is for people that already have top-end gaming PCs… Or any PC to begin with.
Sounds about right.
Their biggest market is teenage boys. So they’re selling sex to horny teenagers.
Fire Emblem, where you can have a 3000 year old dragon, shaped, and acting like, a 10 year old girl, fuck her obsessed stalker to get all the child characters to contribute in your war.
I put the game down and never finished it…

12·3 months agoI absolutely believe the gap is virtually none-existent. If taken into account how basically no sexual assault is reported for men because nobody takes them seriously, and how even just looking at a woman can already be considered sexual assault, we have a monumental disparity in our society.
Giving any credence to statistics before this is solved compounds certain issues that shouldn’t exist, and aids those with ulterior motives. If you adhere to these like you seem to, you’re part of the problem.

So long as there is a stigma on males reporting, or emotionally opening up, about assaults by females, then not a single gender statistic can be trusted, or used as an objective measure.
“Available evidence”. Available evidence. Available is the key word.

Statistics are only as good as the data included.
A bottle of water. Wash yourself back there. Yes, like properly with your hand, like what you do in the shower. A lot more hygienic.
No, it’s not “disgusting” doing that. You go back there with toilet paper anyway. You think shit moisture doesn’t get on your hand when using toilet paper?
I seem to have skipped most of it.
Well, I rest my case. You are a… pointless individual. I do hope you have better luck in real life than on the internet.
Badly; as someone who is culturally illiterate, lacks the skills of observation to make any determination (whether it be about myself or the subject of the world around us), is incapable of actually making any arguments, and so uses “colourful language” in a juvenile attempt to cover up their shortcomings.
Considering what you measure with, that doesn’t have much meaning.
It’s not history, but it’s certainly theory. The study it’s based on is through observations of reality. When comparing something to one of these books, we’re testing their observations by comparing them to reality. Incidentally, it gets brought up a lot when an event, occurrence, or vector in society begins to resemble these books too closely.
Your hyperbole of people quoting books all being nazis, on the other hand, is very easily disproven.

Compared to Europe they’re right-off-center.
In other words, America has no left. Only right and extreme right.
