Ah, interesting. Never knew that. Thanks!

I don’t think they are (strictly associated with programming itself I mean) personally, but recently there’s definitely been this trend of Linux/unix people posting images of their computers and their legs with stockings, usually striped. I dunno. It’s a meme.
I guess that is true, yes. I do think it’s generally a good thing that they’re locking down specific permissions like that though.
You can always alias it! With my neofetch config, I get nearly identical output with fastfetch so I switched a while back.
The meme isn’t implying great backward compatibility. It’s implying great tool maintenance and availability.
Interesting. Neofetch has ceased development but fastfetch is here to take its place though.
I mean, macOS has a lot of issues but the one hoop needed to run any unsigned app is “right-click app icon, click open”.

33·16 days agoI have copied down and manually typed out numbers like that many times when using windows. I’m not sure it ever once helped me in the slightest.
I think you’re right but I wouldn’t be surprised at all by an angry “akshually…” reply in the near future. I’ve had multiple users claim they’re windows gurus and have literally never had an automatic reboot happen to them
We both know the “supposed to mean” comment was the rude thing to say here. And no, your summary isn’t nearly as accurate as “infrastructure as code”.
Don’t know what using infrastructure as code is supposed to mean.
It’s not “supposed” to mean anything. It’s a well defined and commonly used term you can easily find on a search engine.
What the fuck is this and how is it related to Linux?
Cool, lies for luddites
That’s what people thought of it though. I don’t find it interesting at all
It’s history’s most boring meme, Loss. Why is it significant? Well some dude posted a webcomic without realizing how cringy it was. Now people will post references about it until the heat death of the universe because apparently something about how severely uninteresting and insignificant it was is thrilling. Or something.

I don’t know why you replied to me in the first place (besides being a css whiner) and it just keeps getting more baffling the more you keep replying. You seem to be incredibly bored. I’d suggest a better hobby

Yeah, shocking you can choose whichever mouse you want and probably have been able to since USB mice became a thing.
Even when apple mice didn’t have two buttons, you could right click via control + click.
