Yeah I really don’t understand these posts, and there is a LOT of them. It almost seems like propaganda from the right to help them win again.

“Don’t bother voting! Your only solution is full on revolution!” revolution does not happen “Oh shit, he got in again”

Like fine, if you want to plan a revolution, go plan a revolution - that does not mean you stop participating in this system entirely while you’re figuring it out. People NOT voting is how we got into this damn mess (again) to begin with. We don’t need to discourage even MORE people from voting.

Yeah kinda silly, I mean the post title even is about “interesting data” - true or false, the data is interesting. What is the point of downvoting something literally just showing published data?! If you think the data is false/misleading/etc./etc./etc., that doesn’t take away from it being “interesting”, if anything it makes it more “interesting”, so how about stopping in and talking about it instead of just drive-by downvoting??

Not initial replier, but I too immediately assumed you were an American who didn’t vote for him.

Likely because of all the, people, we had running around Canada for five or so years saying “Trudeau isn’t my Prime Minister!”, amongst other more colourful anti-Trudeau slogans.

  • LOL!!

The original station was called “City TV”, they had a news program called “City Pulse”. In the late 90s/early 00s they launched a 24h news channel and called it “Cable Pulse 24”. At some point along the journey they shortened to that unfortunate name that I will now not ever be able to see and not laugh!!

  • I agree and clicked to say the same thing, until I read “I’m scared of breaking something” - if you want to get good at Linux, then do what you’re scared of, and break things, because that is how you learn.

If you do not want to - which is 100% perfectly fine and acceptable - not everyone has to be a Linux expert and some people do just want to use it - then I wouldn’t bother unless there is a specific need.
