I don’t think you want number 2. I’m pretty sure video still exists of the luge athlete who went off the track in Vancouver and that was a bad time.

I was sure she was finished when I saw she was airlifted! She’s still trying to compete?! Mad lass!
From the article:
Debian GNU/kFreeBSD used the Debian userland on top of the FreeBSD kernel, although sadly, due to lack of manpower the project ended in 2023. There was a similar effort using the kernel from the slightly older BSD, Debian GNU/NetBSD. Multiple others have been suggested, including ports to the kernels of OpenBSD, OpenSolaris, IBM’s OS/2 kernel and others.
Unfortunately I’m about 13° latitude farther south, so it’s much harder to see them normally
I’m unsure if his response is more on the policing language side or more on the advisory, watch out, if you’re going to work for a government agency that is funded by politicians there’s a certain expectation for public decorum that has to be maintained so some congressman looking to score points doesn’t use you as a reason to cut funding. My guess, given he tried to help reinstate the internship, is that it was the latter.
It’s THE Homer Hickam?
I really hope to see them sometime. Whenever we’re in Quebec and there’s a good geomagnetic storm the weather is cloudy.

6·2 months agoI figured out what was going on when Wordle became popular and people started sharing their results simply because the results mimicked the Mastermind reveal clues, although I would try to not place the reveal clues in order in Mastermind just to make it harder.
Yeah, it seems like Japan of all places should be where people should still have the most familiarity with them
There’s a story in one of the comments about an IBM mainframe that shouldn’t be missed
Leave the field crews in cue until it’s time for their hit unless they’re being too loud!
That’s basic professionalism but also producers can be too distracted with the next part to clear the crew. Sometimes I’d end up clearing the crew even though I was running audio or Quality Control.
I had an old one that was DE-9!
It’s always funny to me the ways they “went metric” but things like cans of beer are 473 mL (16 US fl oz) or iced tea is 341 mL (11.5 US fl oz).

I prefer the sports that have a more measurable outcome to the sports that rely on opinions from judges
