Wait for people to go crazy after OP saying MIT.

I was only joking, because I’m only tired of this print joke java vs X. But I think you’re probably right, especially regarding the python deps and envs.
Does python run on 3 billion devices?

Those aren’t bugs tho, they’re arachnids, but I agree.
If only I had a penny each time a user told something doesn’t work when it shouldnt’ve.

For a youtube app? Or did you mean on the network level? Because I’ve yet to tinker with the latter…

I don’t use yt on my phone. I was actually interested what op put behind the link. I thought it would be a rickroll, but yk, I had to click it. I know, it hurts me too, seeing other people suffer so many ads. Also this is my newest phone and I don’t have the time to spend tinkering around ad free stuff.

Jokes on you I saw the ad first.

What does ‘arch-based’ mean? Isn’t it just arch with some scripts with aliases and some tools preinstalled?

I’m not sure what happened to Ninite, I was implying that I moved to linux so I don’t have to rely on that tool anymore.

Ninite was a lifesaver each time I did a windows fresh install, until recently, but I think everyone knows what happened. My point is I never ran into any problems with Ninite and it saved me a lot of time back in the day.
edit: typo

I’m not 100% sure on how things work, but if Ubuntu does get ads on its desktop at one point, I’m almost certain that it won’t propagate to Mint.

This is now a second time I’ve seen a comment like this. Got any evidence or just purr LTT hate?
What goes inside your mind to say things like that, to other people. The might or might not have been seeking an advice, but you’re just acting like a buffoon nonetheless, and also a horrible take.
I think I’d be careful with jumping into it. On the surface it looks okay, but recently one of the main-maintainers or developers has stopped pushing into the repository, and the AerynOS team did address that, but I think that person has had history of just jumping ship and never continuing the work.

What about devs removing kernel-level anticheat?

Just what I thought! Although I will probably try it in the beginning only. Because the complexity of the tasks increases, and a new concept of writing code often messes with my cognitive processing.
Well, it is worrying to some extent. One can use the computer normally if said problem is present, but it could hinder you in some ways. If you see your disk becoming abnormally large, you should probably check what’s taking so much space, in this case it was snap version of VSCode, but then snap is usually frowned upon. What can I say, the least you can probably do is stay informed if those things bother you, but then again it’s easy to find solutions on the internet if you can’t keep up.
