I still have some (albeit shrunken) shirts from RedBubble that had some project or Linux logos/texts. Zorin OS is (last I checked) not free for the full version. IDK how they enforce that considering they are still open-source, but you can only get Zorin OS Lite for free. You have to pay to get the full OS. I’ve just always found that funny.

What’s funny is that they in our position don’t wear clothes but the humans still do.

There also used to be an open source Alexa-like kind of smart speaker that went by Mycroft AI. They were doing crowd funding I believe but that didn’t go anywhere and so they eventually stopped working on it. The only thing that’s turned me off about FOSS is if I see suspicious stuff about it in their bug reports. All software has vulnerabilities, sure, but depending on what the code is trying to do, cannot trust it.

It’s a better use for them than what I’d be doing.

My stupid company doesn’t give me separate types of leave. I get one type of leave that I have to use for both and so really, I basically only have sick leave because no way do I earn enough to actually afford using it for an actual vacation.

It truly brings peace of mind knowing I won’t accidentally wreck my own toilet.
