My take is that societies became too big. In small communities like families, people don’t act capitalist. Humans typically moved in groups of a few dozens for most of their existence. Go above 150 or so and it starts to be less personal and less communist.l

3·4 months agoLukewarm take: distro doesn’t matter, really. DE has a much bigger impact. I don’t care about package managers or init systems or whatever.

You must be very privileged or very ignorant to see things this way.
The Democratic Party is somewhat conservative and stand firmly behind capitalism. But they aren’t fascists. Not at all.
Controller innovation is dead in the water because familiarity :(


Abaurd laws aside, why is a third party involved? In my country we have a digital ID card with an open source governmental app that tells you exactly what data is given out to a service. Which in this example would only be “over 18 years yes/no”
