All we have to do is not eat bats.

Come to think of it, there’s probably a long list of things we eat that we should cut back on or stop all together.

We used to do this but then realised they kept another parasitic animal in check and now we have an even bigger issue

And all kinds of other various pests. Bats are a huge help to the agricultural industry, saving them billions in pest control. They also pollinate! They are very important night pollinators. Finally, they carry seeds in their poop, helping repopulate forests. Losing bats would be an ecological tragedy of the highest order.

Yeah, but… I recently watched a documentary about a bunch of deadly diseases and except for one spread by mice in the US, all the viruses used bats as hosts. So I think it’s understandable that some people feel ambiguous about bats.

I feel like removing anti-vaxxers would have done more good in the long run.

This might be an unpopular opinion… but I would go for removing religion altogether. I’m not saying it doesn’t do any good, I’m saying the harm outweighs the good. And it would also remove a lot of the anti-vaxxers.

That’s not bad, but how about instead of prohibiting them from existing, we make it so that any organized religion that operates solely as a business gets heavily taxed instead(and put that tax towards public education). If you prohibit all religion, then it just goes underground, or pays off fines, etc. Better to let them legally exist In a way that actually benefits society imho.

I agree. In my comment, my hope is for some magic removal of religion to where it just doesn’t exist as a concept anymore.

In reality, your way is the way to go.

I think we need sudo rm -r *.bat sudo find -name "*.bat" -delete for this one.

The -r doesn’t do anything unless you have a folder ending in .bat.

It should be find -name "*.bat" -delete.

The way that bat has it’s wings crossed, I’d describe it as a bit of a ‘folder’.
